The information
and materials I will need to create your page will include:
a) Maximum
of 300 words describing your business.
300 words is approximately one page of double spaced typed copy, with
1" margins all around. Most word processors will count the words
for you. Type your 300 words into either a Word document or directly
into an email message, "ATTACH" (the Word document and) the
image files to the message, then click the "SEND" button.
(There will be an extra $20. typing charge if your text is sent by mail,
see address below)
b) 1
or 2 image files (I suggest a picture and a logo) saved as JPEG, GIF
or Photoshop document (PSD).
Photograph size: we will make the longest edge about 3".
Logo size: We will make the longest edge 2".
It is better to have your images be just a little bit larger; not smaller.
Images are transferred to a computer by using a scanner.
If you do not know how to do this, or cannot find anyone to do it for
you, you may send the picture/logo by mail. (see address below)
