Qigong for Seniors

Qigong is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that blends movement, meditation and breathing practices. Explore gentle, flowing movements that awaken vitality, calm the mind and uplift the spirt. Qigong may reduce stress, improve energy, strengthen the immune system and resistance to chronic illnesses. Qigong and its slow purposeful movements have been found to improve balance and gait and reduce risk of falls.
