Time: 2:00 – 3:00 pm —Qigong is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that blends movement, meditation and breathing practices. Explore gentle, flowing movements that awaken vitality, calm the mind and uplift the spirt. Qigong may reduce stress, improve energy, strengthen the immune system and resistance to chronic illnesses.
